On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, our Customer Experience Day (CDX Day) will take place in Oberried near Bern.
Look forward to a day full of discussion, inspiration, and personal connections. Together, we’ll discuss current developments in the customer experience field, share real-world experiences, and explore new ideas and solutions.
The day begins with an optional bike tour in the morning. Bike tour participants are then invited to join us for lunch. The official program for all guests begins at 1:00 p.m. with talks and presentations. Afterward, we’ll wrap up the day with a small reception.
